PVC outer shell that stops the heat escaping when you are giving you horse or pony an Epsom salts hot towel treatment after you have ridden. I have designed this to be fully adjustable and with Stainless steel clothes pegs that make sure the towel doesn’t slip from side to side. And both the front and back straps 50mm  for a secure snug fit and the hind strap also with an adjustable easy clasp also adjustable belly straps.
