PVC outer shell that stops the heat escaping when you are giving you horse or pony an Epsom salts hot towel treatment after you have ridden. I have designed this to be fully adjustable and with Stainless steel clothes pegs that make sure thew towel doesn’t slip from side to side. And both the front and belly straps 50mm Velcro for a secure snug fit and the hind strap also with an adjustable easy clasp.
